Studio Sales & Operations Coordinator

Tempo Fitness is a new, boutique fitness studio coming to the Golden/Lakewood area (20th & Youngfield). We’re opening our brand-new studio in February/March 2025 and are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support daily studio operations, member engagement, and marketing efforts.
Tempo Fitness will offer a dynamic lineup of classes including Hot Power Pilates, Hot Sculpt, TRX, Strength Training, and Yoga. If you love fitness, community, and bringing high energy to a growing brand, we’d love for you to review the role below.

Key Experience We’re Looking For
-
Customer service or hospitality- if you are people oriented this job is for you!

Sales experience — especially membership, subscription
-
Experience coaching group fitness, yoga, personal training, strongly preferred but not required
-
Experience in social media or content creation experience (simple photos/videos, Instagram posting, etc.)
-
Technology forward: comfortable with booking software, basic website WordPress updates, Canva, and social media management
-
Event planning / community outreach / partnership building
-
Strong organizational skills and comfort running day-to-day operations independently
-
Experience working in a fitness studio, gym, spa, or wellness environment (preferred but not required)
-
Ability to coach classes and/or interest in learning to coach
-
Organized, responsive, strong communication skills comfortable with sales/selling
-
Ability to work early mornings
What You’ll Do:
Sales, Marketing & Membership Engagement
-
Follow-up with new clients and prospects to convert intro offers into memberships and customer experience
-
Build strong relationships with current members to support retention
-
Sell memberships and retail with confidence and friendliness.
-
Support referral programs, community outreach, and engagement efforts.
-
Develop and execute member engagement activities and in-studio experiences
-
Build partnerships with local businesses to host co-branded events
-
Assist our marketing partner on all marketing initiatives including but not limited to: blog posts, SEO optimization, etc.

Coordinate workshops with local professionals and wellness experts
-
Capture class content (photos, videos) and support posting on social channels.

Help create basic social media posts and contribute ideas for campaigns

Gather testimonials and member spotlights.
Studio Operations
-
Support the owner with all HR duties including but not limited to: instructor hiring, onboarding, and retention activities and trainings

Assist with instructor training and development
-
Assist with branding and merchandising
-
Greet members, check clients in, and create a warm, welcoming environment.

Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, restocking, and overall vibe.

Oversee front desk operations and manage retail areas.

Run weekly + monthly reports: attendance, intro conversions, retention, revenue trends
-
Running studio errands such as picking up materials from printers and branders.

Assist with scheduling, communications, inventory, and other admin tasks.
